Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer international shipping to customers worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Standard International: 8–15 business days
- Express International: 5–9 business days
Customs, Duties & Taxes Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
