All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
4. Ship the item back to the address provided

Return Conditions

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, earrings and personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
